Indosat Appoints New Directors Substitute Sarwoto Atmosutarno - Mobile operator, PT Indosat Tbk (Indosat) has just appointed a new director to replace the previous directors, Sarwoto Atmosutarno.
In the General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS), at the headquarters of Indosat, Wednesday (07/10/2015), will be replaced by Herfini Sarwoto Haryono as Director of Indosat. The Sarwoto no longer served as Director of Indosat since July 8, 2015.

"Haryono Herfini appointment as member of the Board of Directors of the Company as of the closing of this Meeting until the General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) in 2020," according to a press release the team Tekno Liputan6.com.

By doing so, the following arrangement of the board of directors of Indosat:

1. Alexander Rusli, Director
2. Caba Pinter, Director
3. Joy Wahyudi, Director (Independent Director at the same time)
4. John Martin Thompson, Director
5. Herfini Haryono, Director

Keep in mind, Sarwoto is a former Director of Telkomsel in the 2009-2012 period.
